7. ACHIEVEMENTS:
i.
We provided permanent internet facility in the school.
ii.
We motivated girls for continuing their further studies.
iii.
We made a website “zphsmutlur.in” for the school with all the
information regarding faculty, achievements of students, facilities being
provided there.
iv.
We made yoga and meditation classes a part of their curriculum.
v.
We were also successful in making technical skills as a part of their
regular studies by convincing the school authorities to assign a faculty for
it.
vi.
We planted many saplings in school premises so that it becomes
environment friendly.
vii.
We also motivated the students to have Indian Army, Navy, Air force to
be one of their dream professions.
8. OBSTACLES FACED:
i.
We found it difficult to convince the
school authorities and make them accept for our proposal of conducting the
awareness campaign in the school.
ii.
It took a lot of time for us to
explain the school authorities regarding our project and the motto behind it
and the reasons for choosing that particular school.
iii.
It became hard for us to plan for our
sessions during the regular school hours as we have to convince the particular
faculty who was for that hour.
iv.
As the village was far away from the
town and there was no transportation facility to the village, we found it
difficult to travel there. We did not find proper accommodation facility there.
v.
We had difficulty in gathering
students of all classes for the yoga day celebrations.
9. TOTAL MAN HOURS FOR
ACCOMPLISHMENT:
72 hours
10. ROAD AHEAD:
i.
As the school does not possess the minimum needs such as proper toilet
facilities and drinking water, we reported it to the local government
authorities.
ii.
We will have to ensure that the proper action is taken, if not we will
report it to the higher government officials.
iii.
We would also like to encourage people who wish to contribute funds for
the school and also about who would like to interact with the students in order
to motivate them.
iv.
We would like to do this through the website done for the school by
providing the proper contact information of the school authorities with their
acceptance, for the easiness of the contributors.
11. ROSES AND THORNS:
“We
realized how difficult it can be just to bring people together for organizing a
program. We gained team spirit. We too learned a lot in this process of
conducting a program and learned to deal with people of different mentalities.”
