BACKGROUND OF THE PROBLEM:
·
The main problem the kids facing there is that they are lack
of knowledge on how important education and other core qualities like kindness,
charity, love, brotherhood, oneness etc.
·
There are few diploma and ITI students who are in lack of
guidance on how they can prosper in their career. This presented us a greater
challenge of making them realize the immediate need of understanding their
career path.
·
The students though being very enthusiastic lack of proper
basic technical facilities like computers, internet etc.
·
Major problem is that they lack of good vegetables for
cooking which caused most of them to be under-nourished.

CONQUEST:
·
Swatch Bharat campaign also bought a major change in the
students. We were told that they have installed dustbins to keep their centre
clean.
·
We are very proud to say that some of the students started
going to computer classes with the help of the higher officials of the centre.
·
Satsang made a greater impact on the minds of all the
students.
·
One of the students called us over phone and told that the
yield of the plants under the organic farming was comparatively good than the
other plants.
8. OBSTACLES FACED:
·
We have understood the pain of our teachers who made our
whole class to sit silent and listen to the lecture under utmost concentration.
·
There are no computers at the centre to make the students
learn.
·
Providing food for all the students also posed us a
challenge as it needed some managerial skills to organize and make the process
flow much smoother.
·
Coming to the organic farming, they have a very little space
where they are actually growing some other vegetables but we somehow manage.
9. TOTAL MAN HOURS FOR
ACCOMPLISHMENT:
·
2 days
10.
ROAD AHEAD:
·
We were very glad to bring at least some change in the minds
of these budding aspirants.
·
We intend to take this to a higher level by scaling our
service to all the underprivileged schools and centres in the particularly
locality and later in the district.
·
We plan to start a blog for the organic farming and other
related issues for implementing organic farming all parts of the country.
·
Helping nature comes to a person when he was helped by
someone. With this idea we will share and spread the message to love and serve
everyone with the feeling of oneness.
11.
ROSES AND THORNS:
·
We are
really happy that we had the opportunity to go and interact with kids
·
SSR left a strong impact on me by which I understood the
true meaning of life. The way they interacted with us is really un expresssible
·
We could feel the unconditional
love of the students.
·
We learnt the value of time and
team work and was overwhelmed with the response we got from kids at the centre.
·
We thank everyone who supported us to complete this
project especially CIR dept.
