          Use of paper and jute bags instead of plastics

5.       BACKGROUND OF THE PROBLEM :
           Lack of guidance and emotional support
          Students are not willing to go to schools
           Lack of awareness about career options after schooling

7.       THE  CONQUEST :
·           Head of the orhanage took the responsibility of sending students in their interested sports outside in nearby training centres
·         Succeeded in convincing head of the orphanage for arranging tutors for study hours.

8.       OBSTACLES FACED :
·         Convincing the authorities to conduct the awareness programs in their schedule.
·         Making children understand how important it is for their future if they continue their education.

9.       TOTAL MAN HOURS FOR ACCOMPLISHMENT :
Around 24 hours of work

 ROAD AHEAD :
       Visit the students once in a while.
       Conduct some more sessions for them about career guidance.
        To guide them towards their interests by giving them suitable suggestions.


 ROSES AND THORNS :
“We tried our best to be more interactive with them by conducting quiz competitions and encouraging them by giving pens and chocolates. It gave us an immense happiness while guiding them and getting positive response. We shared our own experiences with them so that it may be helpful to them. We thank CIR department for all their support”
